Established in 2015, Ripinde is a South African registered company that aims to provide in-house and outsourced human resource support to small, medium, and large entities across South Africa.
Ripinde started as a Virtual Admin company with the aim to enable business owners the time to focus on running their businesses and have an organised back office at the same time. During the years we created a level of understanding and trust with our clients and our authenticity, passion, love, and care for people and processes we then focused our service offering on planning, implementing, and directing people and processes within companies.
